Baby Shower
My Sister-in-Law Kristin gave me a shower at Mimi's cafe last night. My other sister-in-law Christine got the cake. It was so pretty! Her boyfriends mom made it for me. It was a teddy bear, with a blanket over him. So adorable! She also made teddy bear chocolate suckers, and cupcakes. It turned out wonderful. When I figure out my new camara, I'll post pictures, I promise! I really missed my sister Kandy there, but I know that her and Kip will be coming soon to see the baby. We got lots of cute little clothes, blankets, a stroller, a carseat, a swing, baby bath, baby monitor, bottle sterilizer, money, and gift certificates. Whew! My mom made the baby a quilt. It's beautiful. It has puppies on it. Caleb was laying on the couch this morning with that quilt over him, the bubba teeth pacifier in his mouth, and the boppy pillow under his head. Bob thinks Caleb is regressing. I think it's just his way of getting some attention before the baby comes. Of course he got the attention. But I also reminded him that he's a big 5 year old now. And he's going to be a big brother. That's an important role. My brother Bryan watched the boys for me because Bob had to go to school last night. Thank you Bryan! That was really sweet of you. Thank you to all who helped with the baby shower. I loved it.
