Picking up the slack
These people that are leaving our church are also leaving behind some duties that usually everybody takes turns doing. So, we got an e-mail today from the Secretary at church. It said that they need volunteers to help with nursery, and kids praise teachers, etc. Yeah, they didn't really explain why they needed help. I think the word got around pretty quickly. I'm fine with helping out. I'm just not very happy about the way that they're leaving. Some might think God is weeding out the problem makers. I was kind of thinking that He was making our church dissapear. A lot of people have left our church in the past year. It's just a little scary. I know that God has a plan for us where ever we go to church. Maybe we should just make Joshua's wildest dream come true and become Missionaries in Mexico. He actually said that that's what he wanted to do while we were there. It made my heart so happy to hear him say that. He said that he wanted to help them because they were so poor, and he wanted to make them not be poor anymore. He said he wanted to build them church's and houses. Why can't we all think like you Joshua.
